Learning verification modality To obtain the credits programmed for this teaching (2 credits-24 hours) it is necessary to attend at least 75% of the total number of hours, therefore at least 18 hours. The attendance will be assessed by roll call and signature capture. For information on support services for students with disabilities and / or DSA visit the page.
Extended program GENETICS: Extraction, amplification and electrophoresis of nucleic acids for the analysis of gene and genomic sequences, and the study of intra- and inter-specific variability for phylogenetic and phylogeographic investigations. BIOLOGICAL CHEMISTRY: Determination by spectrophotometric method of the protein content of cellular extracts, including the preparation of the calibration curve. ANATOMY: Observation, culture and counting of different types of eukaryotic cells. Extraction and analysis of the contents of bioactive substances contained in cells and other matrices
